Explicit credit to my user is required for all artworks.

Prices are subject to change as demand and circumstances change.

All work is sent digitally, and you will not be shipped anything. I am not currently offering prints.

I will NOT draw NSFW, mecha, or explicit gore, and I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

Requests concerning AI art and/or NFT related content are strictly prohibited.

Communication is preferred through Email and/or Discord.

All payments will be done through Paypal (USD) invoicing only.

References or detailed descriptions of the commission's outcome are required, and the client is expected to provide them.

An upfront payment regarding 50% of the total fee is required before work on the commission begins. 100% of the commission fee must be paid for before the client can receive the finished product.

During the drafting process of the accepted commission, in-progress screenshots (low resolution) will be shown with a watermark. Communication on both sides is needed for a smooth process.

Excessive and/or major revisions will cost extra fees depending on the severity.

I reserve the right to decline any said revisions.

The client is free to cancel before paying. Refunds are possible only if work has not begun on the commission.

Cancelling a commission in progress will require a cancellation fee. This fee changes depending on how far along the commission already was at the time of cancellation

If I myself cannot finish the work by a certain deadline, this results in a full refund from my end. This would only happen due to illness, injury, or other circumstances that are out of my control.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned work in my portfolio, post it online, and use it my career.

In terms of Personal Use, you are free to use your completed commission however you wish.

You may NOT use my artwork commercially without my consent.

You may NOT resell any of my artwork under any circumstance.
